1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AntyShare (accessible at https://antyshare.in, via our Progressive Web Application, or through our offline standalone scripts), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Nature of Service: Direct Peer-to-Peer Streaming
AntyShare is a client-side technological utility that facilitates browser-to-browser direct data streaming via WebSockets, local network TCP connections, and WebRTC protocols. You acknowledge and understand that:
- AntyShare does not host, index, preview, moderate, or inspect transmitted files.
- Transfers occur directly between sender and recipient memory buffers.
- We operate no persistent file storage servers; once a session ends, files cannot be recovered from our platform.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You agree to use AntyShare only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to transmit:
- Sensitive Personal Data: Passwords, payment card info, national identity cards, passport copies, banking pins.
- Malware & Harmful Code: Viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or malicious executable payloads.
- Infringing Content: Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or intellectual property right.
- Unlawful & Abusive Materials: Content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, exploitative, or in violation of applicable laws.
4. User Responsibility for Peer Verification
Because AntyShare facilitates direct transfers between devices, recipients are presented with an Accept or Decline prompt prior to receiving incoming streams. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity of the sending party and the safety of the incoming file before accepting a transfer. Never accept files from unknown parties or untrusted network devices.
5. Intellectual Property
The AntyShare interface, logo, design system, stylesheets, and custom signaling scripts are the exclusive intellectual property of AntyShare. Users retain all ownership and copyright in the content they choose to transmit through the service.
6. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertisements
AntyShare displays programmatic advertising through Google AdSense. By using the site, you acknowledge that Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your web visits. Interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ANTYSHARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NETWORK AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE TRANSMISSION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC TRANSFER SPEEDS, WHICH DEPEND ON YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE, ROUTER CHIPSET, AND NETWORK BANDWIDTH.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTYSHARE, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, SYSTEM CORRUPTION, MALWARE TRANSMISSION BY THIRD-PARTY PEERS, OR UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL DATA TRANSMITTED IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.
9. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of AntyShare at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
